I am a proud New York native, having lived in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Long Island, and now Westchester. I'm an alum of Rutgers University and French Culinary Institute (now ICC). I'm also an alum of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. I worked the pastry line in some of NYC's finest restaurants, but I always wanted my own business. I took the leap with Penny Lick in 2013 and haven't looked back. I'm a bit of a food nerd, and I am constantly either taking courses in food science at Cornell University or running around in my test kitchen. In my spare time, I volunteer with the NYC public school system, local foster care programs, my local village, and my local Rotary. My entirely too patient husband and I are raising our three children in Westchester County. They are eating all our profits.
