I am a proud New York native, having lived in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Long Island, and now Westchester. I'm an alum of Rutgers University and of French Culinary Institute (now ICC). I worked the pastry line in some of NYC's finest restaurants, but I always wanted my own business. I took the leap with Penny Lick in 2013 and haven't looked back. In my spare time, I volunteer with the NYC pubic school system, my local village, and my local Rotary. My entirely too patient husband and I are raising our three children in Hastings. They are eating all our profits.
