Pastry Chef

I was born and raised in Willikies Village, Saint Johns, Antigua. I migrated to New York when I was 18, where I married and raised my beautiful children, Conroy and Jade. My hobbies include traveling, crocheting, baking, and of course making ice cream. I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Lehman College, and I completed all of the Wilton cake decorating courses.
